About

The therapeutic approach

Existential psychotherapy provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their lives with more profound questions and awareness. During the therapy session you will learn to take over the reins of your existence, and understand how crisis can create new opportunities and meanings in your life.

Who am I

When I was finally admitted as a member of a professional orchestra, it was the fulfillment of a childhood dream as well as the realization of a vocation. Quite soon, however, I started to feel less enthusiastic, distressed and even anxious about my daily work as an oboist (backstage, the reality of artists is less glamorous). What happened to me ?

It seems that the realization of a dream cannot be a goal in itself. Thus, I decided to go back to the beginning: as a wind instrumentalist my natural connection to myself is through breathing. That is why I became naturally interested in bodywork and therapy and, at a later stage, in psychotherapy.
